Résumé :

A chemical model involving nonequilibrium transitions is considered. The Landau-Ginzburg like potential determining the steady-state probability distribution is shown to contain odd terms in the order parameter. It is concluded that the location of the transition point in parameter space cannot be inferred from the deterministic rate equations. © 1977.
