| Résumé : | Cet article aborde les Poèmes (1952) d’Odilon-Jean Périer sous l’angle du divin. Dimensionpeu abordée de son oeuvre, elle y est pourtant omniprésente. Le divin y apparait tantôt commeun Dieu unique, catholique, marqué par une intertextualité avec la Genèse ainsi que par la figurehybride de l’ange revendiquée par le poète ; tantôt comme pluralité de dieux, occasionnellementnommés d’après la mythologie grecque, ou formant un réseau sémantique plus large.Cette dialectique témoigne chez Périer d’une recherche spirituelle s’approchant du panthéismeet étant probablement influencée par la philosophie nietzschéenne. Sa poétique se fonde surune nomination du divin, étendu aux objets, aux amis et à la vie quotidienne, la sacralisationdu monde rendant possible son écriture sous la forme du poème.This article looks at Odilon-Jean Périer’s Poèmes (1952) from the perspective of the divine.Rarely addressed aspect of his work, this dimension is nonetheless omnipresent. The divinesometimes appears as a single, Catholic God, marked by an intertextuality with Genesis, aswell as the hybrid figure of the angel claimed by the poet ; other times it appears as a pluralityof gods, occasionally named after the Greek mythology, or forming a larger semantic network.This dialectic reflects Perier’s spiritual research approaching pantheism, probably influencedby Nietzschean philosophy. His poetic is founded on a nomination of the divine, which isextended to objects, friends, everyday life, the sacralization of the world rendering possible thewriting of the poem. |
