Résumé :

Postmortem MRI (PMMRI) as for all postmortem imaging, demands a respectful and gentle approach to the deceased. In order to achieve a diagnostic result for the parents and to choose the likely best imaging method, an understanding of the circumstances around the death, the size, gestation, and condition of the baby is needed.
