Résumé : Transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS) gained interest in the last decade, after the introduction in the laparoscopic era of the natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES). Different TAMIS applications are nowadays feasible and safe, like the middle and giant rectal polypectomy, the down-to-up total mesorectal excision, and the treatment of colorectal anastomotic complications (leak/fistula, bleeding, stricture). In this chapter the robot-assisted techniques for these transanal procedures are described in details.
