Résumé : An unpublished Coptic amulet from Antinoupolis. Jesus’ letter to Abgar and the incipits and explicits of the Gospels · Edition of a magical Christian text discovered in Antinoupolis in 1966. The papyrus contains both the text of Jesus’ letter to Abgar and extracts from the four Gospels (the first (lost) verses and the last ones). The amulet is part of a long series of magical documents, but is notable for its particular layout and composition. The object was probably intended to be affixed to a wall to protect a building, perhaps the sanctuary of Saint Kollouthos in the city’s northern necropolis.
