Résumé :

his article presents the methodological tool “BIMSynchro,” designedto address the need for cognitive synchronization in BIM projects among stake-holders. Implementing “BIMSynchro” aims to move from individual thinkingto collective reflection by confronting viewpoints and gradually identifying con-tradictions, information gaps, and errors within project documents. Ultimately,this process guides stakeholders to a shared understanding and interpretation ofencountered problems and challenges in BIM projects.
