Résumé : This study takes a deep look into 7 selected European Neighbourhood Instrument South Partner Countries' (ENI SPCs) labour market and migration issues, as well as the policy mechanisms designed to solve job and skill mismatching problems in the Mediterranean. It consists of two parts. Part 1 provides an analysis of the macro-economic, demographic, educational, labour-market and migration indicators of ENI SPCs. Part 2 rather provides a qualitative analysis of the mechanisms dealing with labour matching within the ENI SPCs, as well as between ENI SPCs and third countries, including the EU. This analysis is based on 9 interviews with experts and professional from concerned ENI SPCs.
