Résumé : | We report on a Pashtun family affected by haemoglobin D-Punjab/ β+-thalassemia to increase the awareness of the increasing prevalence of haemoglobinopathies among primary care physicians. We highlight the diagnostic approach of these conditions and the benefits of genetic counselling. |
