Résumé : Complications of antineoplastic treatments are, next to malignant spread, the most common cause of neurological lesion in cancer patients. We will consider the complications of surgery, radiation therapy, and various medical treatments including cytotoxic chemotherapy, cytokines, adjuvant treatments, and cell grafts, and infections.
