Résumé : After reviewing the multiplicative iterative algorithms EMML and ISRA which allow to naturally enforce, at each iteration, a positivity constraint on the solution of linear inverse problems, we discuss their extension to blind imaging with positivity constraints and to the related problem of Nonnegative Matrix Factorization (NMF). We then establish a connection between this framework and two problems of interest in medical imaging, namely dynamic Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and the joint estimation of activity and attenuation in time-of-flight PET.
