| Résumé : | This case report illustrates the difficulty associated with diagnosing acquired hemophilia A by reviewing the case of an 80-year-old man admitted to the hospital for anemia. A prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) was not noticed until the patient developed a severe hemorrhagic syndrome. |
