Résumé : This presentation provides a brief introduction into the field of critical discourse studies and an application of this framework to the so-called ’New World of Work’ or 'New Ways of Working' (NWOW). The New World of Work aims at stimulating time and space independent work. Key concepts in this presentation are 'articulation' and 'logics of critical explanation' borrowed from Essex style discourse theory (Glynos and Howarth 2007). The author will also present the results of the research activities conducted by the Pôle de Recherche sur la Communication et les médias (PreCoM) at the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles, as part of the BELSPO-BRAIN funded LITME@WORK project.
