Résumé :

The authors describe the consequences of a judicial procedure on the health of the involved physicians, on their work environment and the way they manage their medical practice. They discuss ways to avoid the procedure and its inconveniences, offer some useful recommendations to a serene approach of the judicial procedure and its possible consequences and report on support and how to deal with the sufferings of health professionals.
