| Résumé : | The paper is focused on the pragmatics of Avant-Garde behavior analyzed sub specie the Futurist theory of art. Russian Futurists are perceived as a “testing material” for the newly created theory of ostranenie (i.e. an aesthetic attitude geared at making things anew). The shocking épatage of Russian Futurism serves as a good example of transgressive artistic practice aimed at creating ideal work of art. |
