| Résumé : | This paper reviewed the clinical indications of allergenic desensitization with their practical use in general medicine. Besides allergic rhinitis and slight asthma, not controlled with allergen avoidance and pharmacotherapy, the paper discussed the interest of the molecular diagnosis and some possible future indications, such as more severe asthma (with FEV1 > 70 %). |
