| Résumé : | Quantitative analysis of blood platelets or aggregates in 3D by Digital Holographic Microscopy. The present invention is related to a method for the quantitative analysis of blood platelets or blood platelet aggregates comprising the steps of: a) providing a sample comprising platelets aggregates; b) obtain a 3D representation of the platelets aggregates by the use of DHM or DDHM; c) extract quantitative information about the platelets aggregates from said 3D representation. |
