Résumé :

We draw attention to the fact that figure 11 in our original manuscript [1] corresponds to a different set of parameters as compared to the one used throughout the text. It must be replaced by figure 1. The peaks at Tb = 312.00 K in figure 1(a) and at Tb = 312.85 K in figure 1(b), which were discussed in the text but did not appear in the original figure, are now distinctly visible. Figure 9 in the original manuscript contains a minor misprint: ∑tot should be ∑ to be consistent with the notation of equation (75). The same correction has to be made in the caption of figure 10.
