DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15553/c2019v741a2 The new species Combretum rupestre Jongkind & Texier (Combretaceae) from Mount Ngouadi in East Gabon is described and illustrated. It differs from all other species of Combretum Loefl. by the combination of a patelliform flower with two series of stamens of unequal length, and the receptacle and lower side of leaves covered by a glutinous layer.
