Résumé : This paper presents a software system which has been designed and implemented for processing and analyzing cardiac PET examinations coming from both our clinical and research investigations. This system, which evolved from a previously developed kernel, allows semi-automatic segmentation of the myocardial volume into sectors which can further be assembled into macro-regions. Both individual sectors and macro-regions can then be used for qualitative or quantitative evaluation. The system deals both with data management, data display/processing, and pharmacokinetic modeling.
