Résumé : | Quasi-three-body channels with simultaneous production of two resonances are studied in K + p interactions at 8.25 GeV/c. Estimation of their cross sections shows that they account for up to 20 percent of the total cross section for the fitted channels of the four prong plus V 0 topology. An analysis of the production mechanism is performed using the LPS method (the hexagon plot). Transverse momentum distributions and p TL correlations are studied and it is found that they are strongly affected by resonance production. © 1973. |
