Résumé : Lipoma is an extremely common benign tumor of localization as diverse as varied, consisting of mature adipocyte cells. However, only a few rare cases of lipoma of the mesentery have been reported. We report the case of a 69-year-old woman with a suspicion of right ovarian mass discovered accidentally in medical imaging. At surgical exploration, the mass was found to be lipomatous in appearance and located within the small mesentery. The definitive histology confirmed the diagnosis of intramesenteric lipoma. We take advantage of this case to carry out a synthesis of differential diagnoses and a review of the literature of the small Bowel intramesenteric lipomas.
