Résumé : A case of congenital liver fibrosis was followed up for 6 yr. This rare dysplasia developed successively Scheuerman's disease, bilateral epiphysiolysis of the femoral heads and follicular keratosis. A study of the embryologic chronology of the histogenesis and the histological and biochemical findings led the author and his colleagues to consider congenital liver fibrosis as a mesenchymatous embryopathy.
