Résumé : | Mrs O. has a cancer in the tongue. Her healthcare circuit brought her, among other things, to suffer a glossectomy. However, Mrs O. continued to address herself to the others by making unintelligible sounds, as if the ability to elocution hasn't been damaged or lost. In the era of the right to information, informed consent process, and patient's "empowerment", we will specify some ethical questions relating to the "communication" that can arise when a dialectical relationship is impossible between the patient and his caregivers. |
