Résumé :

Electrical tunability of the optical nonlinearity of graphene is demonstrated on a SiN platform using four-wave mixing. The nonlinearity Î³ of the graphene-covered waveguide more than doubles when tuning EF to the vicinity of âÄ§Ï/2.
