Résumé : After the disenchantment suffered in the first years of the previously longed for revolutionary government, Guillermo Cabrera Infante anchored Havana in a ludic space, which protects the city from socio-historical narrative. In this article we will focus on the book La Habana para un infante difunto, with the main analysis of ludic mechanisms such as: the narrator's game, the game between the narrator and the reader, and the writers unique use of language, the modification of words and his ability to alter logical referents; therefore creating a utopian Havana.
