Résumé : Two cases of 'Gougerot's trisymptom' with dysglobulinaemia are reported. The first patient has a paraproteinemia of the IgM type with mixed cryoglobulinaemia and the second one has a dysglobulinaemia involving firstly the IgG and secondly the IgM fractions without cryoglobulinaemia, in relation with a lymphoma.
