Résumé :

The Polyzygia beckmanni beckmanni Zone, the Polyzygia beckmanni beckmanni/Favulella lecomptei Interval-zone and the Favulella lecomptei Zone of the zonal sequence established on the Metacopida have been recognized at Ave-et-Auffe in the Frasnes Group of the Sourd d'Ave section. The occurrence of Ungerella in the upper part of the Nismes Formation in the Sourd d'Ave section indicates that the zonal sequence established on the Entomozoacea can be extend to the lower Frasnian of Belgium. The ostracods distribution indicates the passage from a lagoonal environment to a marine environment at the Givet Group - Frasnes Group boundary and a progressive deepening of the sea floor at the base of the Frasnian. The life mode of the frasnian ostracods is also discussed. -English summary
