Résumé : | 10 hospitalized patients were submitted to pulsed electromagnetic irradiation of the hepatic and left suprarenal region. The study of the biological parameters corresponding with hepatic, hematologic and suprarenal function showed a statistically significant fall in alcaline phosphatases 1 hr after the beginning of the irradiation and a statistically significant fall in the total white blood cell count 7 days after the beginning of the irradiation sessions. The other biological parameters remained unchanged. It seems that one cannot consider these results as favorable to the therapeutic effect which one expects from this irradiation. |
