Résumé : | Through the use of Axiomatic Design, a measurement system to evaluate the kinematics of human joints was developed. In this paper the needs of Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) are analyzed in order to build a measurement system able to evaluate the position of infrared marker in space. A system of 10 cameras, produced by Optitrack, able to track infrared reflective bodies, has been configured and optimized to measure the movement that happens within a known volume, calibrated, where it is possible to position joints using appropriate fixtures, so that it is possible to evaluate the kinematics without constraints that could modify the natural movements. |
