Résumé : Conventional PROMETHEE methods have been designed to help decision makers to manage multicriteria problems without considering temporal evaluations. The aim of this paper is to introduce a temporal extension of PROMETHEE II. A new approach to set dynamic thresholds is introduced. The weighted arithmetic mean is used to aggregate net flow scores over time. In addition, an interactive query method is developed in order to determine decision maker's instances importance. Simulation results are used to show the effectiveness of this approach in terms of convergence and speed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the model.
