Résumé : | In the present paper, deflection analysis of grid-stiffened composite plate with different lattice patterned reinforcements under piezoelectric actuators force is presented. The structural models are contained solid composite ribs with orthotropic material properties and shell laminated composite surface. For active elements, macro fiber composite (MFC) M-8503-P1 type exhibiting d33 effect were used. For modeling design and analysis of structures, a commercially available software ABAQUS were used. The piezoelectric element model verification is done by comparing numerical tests with the manufacturer’s documentation. The nonlinear geometric effects in all performed tests due to large structural deflections were taken into account. The deflection of various square lattice reinforcement with equal weight and constant shape of rib’s cross section is developed based on finite element method (FEM) for one edges clamped (CFFF) boundary conditions. In addition, the effect of number of piezoelectric layers and various applied potential difference charge on maximum deflection of the plate is analyzed. |
