Résumé : We review how a model based on two extra dimensions (ED) can provide an elegant solution for various issues in the Standard Model (SM) of particle physics. In particular, we focus here on neutrino sector and show that large mixing, Majorana nature, inverted hierarchy and partial suppression of neutrinoless double beta decay could be related to each other. As a concrete illustration, we provide a complete set of fitted parameters (for the quark, the scalar and the neutrino sectors).
