Résumé : The health care domain is undergoing profound reorganizations in Europe and particularly in Belgium these last years. As an alternative to a health care ideology which considers the psyche as an object which should be treated along the same logics as the body should, we shall propose some avenues of reflection allowing us to distinguish what radically singularizes the first from the second. Precisely, there is a radical impossibility to apply the medical logic to psychology, due to the difference in temporality between both. The body is situated in a cyclical logic and in a (topographic) space while the psyche is situated in a historical logic where the aftereffects are fundamental and structural.
