Résumé : The sensitivity of various gram-negative pathogens which have been isolated in a cancer hospital daring 1971 and 1972 has been studied in vitro. The following antibiotics were used : ampicillin, cephalothin, carbenicillin, tetraeyclin, minocyclin, chloramphenicol, kanamycin, gentamicin, tobramycin, polymyxin B and co-trimoxazole. No important differences between the sensitivities observed in 1971 and 1972 have been observed. The clinical meaning of these observations has been discussed. © 1997, Elsevier Science Ltd.
