Résumé : | Rats injected i.v. with 1 μc/g of32P chromium phosphate showed a significant depression of their antibody synthesis against sheep red blood cells. The phagocytic activity was also reduced. The animals exhibited a marked reduction in circulating mononuclear cells. Skin graft rejection was unaffected. Lymphopenia alone is not a factor sufficient to prevent graft rejection. The possible mode of action of32P chromium phosphate on immune reactions is discussed. © 1970 by The Williams & Wilkins Co. |
