| Résumé : | The organizing role of direct electric fields in structured enzyme media is studied theoretically. This approach is based on the action of the fields on the transport of ionic species. Membrane or compartmented structures are considered; Michaelian or substrate excess inhibition kinetics and/or proton producing kinetics are taken into ac-count.
