| Résumé : | A simple and rapid method using atomic absorption spectrophotometry for measuring magnesium in micro muscle samples is presented. The criteria of normality for age of muscle magnesium content were established by means of the statistical analysis of the results obtained in 33 infants aged 2 weeks to 18 months.
