| Résumé : | Retinal macroaneurysms cause visual symptoms either by hemorrhage, by exsudation or by arterial occlusion. Laser treatment shortens life duration of the macro-aneurysm and results in reabsorption of retinal edema. Direct coagulation of the macroaneurysm should be avoided so as not to enhance the risk of arterial occlusion. |
