Résumé : Some experiments designed to explore different aspects of the relationship between the moderate severely handicapped child or adolescent and the educators are presented. Results shows that it is necessary to analyse correctly the interaction modalities and to know which are the means used spontaneously by the child in a given setting (in this case, the classroom) before introducing technical aids for communication. © 1987, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
