Résumé :

Our purpose is to give the physical conditions under which transfer of a surfactant through a fluid interface between two immiscible liquids may induce aperiodic convective motion. Adsorption‐desorption rates are considered together with diffusional exchanges. New kinds of surface instabilities are then predicted. Copyright © 1981 American Institute of Chemical Engineers
