| Résumé : | The authors relate a case of a benign tumor (teratoma) sitting in the nasopharynx of a 10-year-old boy. A short review of the literature is presented: speculations over the origins of these tumors, possible diagnosis, treatments... The authors insist on the necessity of realizing some investigations (X-rays, fibro-endoscopy) when regarding a posterior nasal obstruction. |
