Résumé : We indicate the possibility of existence of a percolation-like transition in the behavior of the trimolecular reaction A + 2X ⇋ 3X on a 2-d square lattice, with the initial concentration p of X particles serving as a control parameter. Using a renormalization group approach, we find that the transition value of p falls into the interval 0 ≤ pc < 0.052.
