Résumé : Pulmonary alveolo-septal amyloidosis is a rare disease. Only 29 cases have been reported so far. We report one case with prominant pulmonary symptoms. Diagnostic techniques and classifications of amyloidosis are briefly exposed. We suggest that making special histological stains more frequently for amyloid may be useful in assessing patients presenting interstitial lung disease of unknown cause.
