Résumé : Environmental concerns with CO2 gas lead the scientific community to consider CO2 as a feedstock for the production of added-value compounds as CH3OH. Reduction over rhodium model nanoparticles has been studied by means of field emission microscopy (FEM) and field ion microscopy (FIM). Those techniques allow to observe the apex part of a very sharp tip with nanoscale, and even atomic lateral resolution. This sample corresponds to a model nanoparticle with a hemispherical shape [1]. Reaction can be observed at the nano-scale under in-situ conditions, and in real time.
