Résumé : Nasal augmentation with bioplastique can produce visible irregularities under the nasal skin, and when this occurs, the material should be removed. A case is presented where bioplastique was removed from the naso glabellar area through a Réthi incision and the bridgeline reconstructed with a conchal cartilage graft. © 1994 Springer-Verlag.
