Résumé :

A new case of Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome is described. It seems to be the first without failure to thrive and important mental retardation. From a review of the literature, it is possible to select the 16 most frequent abnormalities that define the phenotypical spectrum of the Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome.
