| Résumé : | A cheek flap that slides on its own subcutaneous tissue is described. It is used to replace skin defects of the cheek created by tumor removal in elderly patients. The simplicity of the method and uniform quality of the results in 25 cases has led the author to prefer this flap to all more conventional local flaps. © 1974 Springer-Verlag. |
