Résumé : We have chosen to present three clinical cases met in a neuropediatric service, where suffering is at the centre of familial disturbances. The first one is about a 14 years old girl who has got a left hemifacial pain without organic etiology. The next one is about an adolescent aged 15 who loosed the use of his foots, and the last one is about a 12 years old girl who has got a syringomyelia associated with a dorsal pain. These three cases recall us that we have to treat the child and the adolescent in their whole otherwise hospitalizations are longer without real projects.
