Résumé : A preliminary observation on the effect of a type II mucolipidosis on the cornea and choroid that reaffirms the presence of ultrastructural lesions, which are important even in the absence of clinical signs, is described. Ocular lesions from various diseases are recalled and compared with cases studied in this series.
