Résumé : The multidisciplinary treatment of the cleft lip and/or palate is very complex. The new therapeutic techniques have a lot of psychological consequences that will be discussed. The impact of the prenatal detection of the malformation on the early mother-infant relationship will be analyzed through a comparison of the feelings between mothers who knew the diagnosis before the birth and mothers who did not.
